Naruko (鳴子町 Naruko-chō) is a town situated in Miyagi of Japan. On March 31, 2006, Naruko was merged with 4 towns from the Tamatsukuri District and the Shida District. These two districts were dissolved as a result of this merger.

Naruko (鳴子火山群 Naruko kazangun) is also an active stratovolcano situated in Ōsaki, Miyagi. The volcano is 7 kilometers wide and the summit is 461 metres high. The Naruko Hot Springs Villages is famous but it lacks clear features that makes it difficult to recognize for a casual visitor.
